I dont like to work out.
But.
I like to keep myself in the optimum condition for STARTING to work out (not too overweight (shouldnt be at all right now actually), good condition, good blood screening, low toxin food, etc).
That way if i shift quickly to high toxin food, i'm good, if i shift to no toxin food, i'm good, if i have to just sit for a month and do nothing, i'm good, if i need to start furiously working out, i'm good.
I like to keep myself on the optimum end of the "no real work" required scale.
Hope that explains how i view "being in shape".
