i'm working on lower chakras too buddy. have you tried hypnosis or something? talk therapy? meditation and loving yourself more? there are guided chakra meditations on youtube as well. i've not really had a good space to try those yet. everybody is different and different things for different people. ask your guides or the universe to show you the way to something that will help you heal.
