It's very interesting to think of Jesus as a zealot. See, I wouldn't characterize him as a zealot, but rather an extremely balanced pragmatist. Now Paul is what I would consider a zealot, and one of the primary sources of the distortions of the teachings of Jesus which have been passed down as Christian fundamentalism.
Which characteristics did Jesus display which each of you would say made him a zealot?
