That's right! Oil may be slick but you could train yourself to be a great surfer by being a great balancer and flowing with the forces!
In this form of (chinese) divination, water could mean having the choice/freedom to flow where you choose to flow. There is a sense of freedom to choose your path. Or being like the water in the ocean... vast and moving together as a whole etc. etc.
It could also be experienced on the mundane level, as having a water-event on the date.
So I guess we could choose how to use the power of "water"
