I love it that you lit a candle and found your way here.
It IS an illusion, but it's an illusion we've chosen with a specific purpose, so at the same time that I try to remember it's an illusion I also try to embrace it fully, by which I mean be as fully present in each moment as I can and engage with the catalyst, transformations, etc. that it offers as wholeheartedly as possible.
