Copyright for the L/L-Research material in the future

Up to now it was no problem to post any bigger quotes from the L/L-Research material here, because this forum is from L/L-Research and so everything is within it's originate place.

After closing of this forum any new discussion about the material of L/L-Research has to take place on other sites.

There is a statement needed from L/L-Research if it is allowed / in the interest of L/L-Research to use the material on other sites?

In which form material and quotes can be used on other places?


The standard is that public material can be used, when the text is not altered and a link to the original text is added.
(A link should be self-evident to ensure the authenticity of the quote.)

This still means you can quote long sections as long as it is for the purpose of critical commentary -- as long as you are discussing it and not republishing it

Fair use has wide latitude. But if you are going to republish the whole thing you will probably run into questions

lawofone.info has been explicitely granted by L/L Research as far as i know.

This site only contains the Ra material - up to now there is no other site that includes the material of Q'uo.
