So Amaranth for complete protein, low-salt yeast extract for B12, ground flaxseed for Omega 3, seaweeds such as kelp for Vit K and Iodine and Sun for Vit D.
Seems simple enough.
Incidentally, I have some golden giant amaranth growing in my garden this summer.
