Plague

I have been continuously ignoring a message, that this morning when I asked for insight, was given dying, then plague, then spirit.

A quick search brought up what I consider a good concept to be aware of, which I also think may apply in some conversations I observe.

Spiritual plagues are widespread infestations of highly contagious and deadly attitudes. The spiritual analogues of The Black Death and all the other biological plagues have existed at least as far back in time as we have records, and no doubt much further. The major feature of any type of spiritual plague is that the infected seldom recognize their condition but actually identify with and enjoy passing on the disease. It is in the very nature of this category of diseases to replicate through the enthusiastic and willing participation of the infected. Unlike physical diseases, these invisible plagues depend on the host misinterpreting the presence of the parasite as a positive and life-enhancing addition. Their method of replication relies on the inability of their hosts to identify them as diseases at all.

Couldn't this idea also be of negative influence trying to convince us that a positive and life-enhancing addition should be ignored?

I have a background in this concept as a result of past drug interaction. This is the driving force behind what I experienced. A false synthetic sense of well being, wanting to promote this well being by offering it to others in the hopes that they will share your joy. Only the joy is not real. And so begins the downward spiral.

Monkey, this post mainly had to do with me, but the conversations take place in all forums I am on. There is a deeper message to be found, and I need to solidify this message as a form of preparation. I mean solidify this concept into my being.

No. But as an experience it was a good parallel or analogy.

I will have to work on "conversion tactics, and move towards sharing my view point rather than pointing my view. Becoming aware of the "source" of this need to self replicate through converting others into another copy of my "choices".
