Wonderful post to share brother, thank you. Timed well, as I've been wanting a different focus with meditation.

For what this is worth, if you are serious about exploring the indigo properties, I'd take a look at those most experienced on the subject such as the shamanic teachers. I'd submit that these are prominent among the 'adepts' mentioned by Ra.

Agreed, I know a couple of (real) shamans, and their attunement with the universe is quite incredible.

I found that one time my indigo was so strong that I could project an image onto a wall some 15 feet away and see it with my own eyes. Had a little trouble holding the image steady though.

Then as I focused I was able to project video, and then color. I worked with another entity and was channeling visual images and video that I could see. In that situation though I don't know if anyone else saw. But I saw clearly egyptian symbols, pyramids, and then video of flying over a snowy landscape. I attempted sound but I couldn't generate the vibrations that would cause sound.

I found I could project the thoughts of this other entity onto the wall in real time. What they were seeing I would see projected on the wall. I'd say I projected images and video for a good 15-20 mins. Very intense on the occipital part of the brain (back of the head).

I'm really eager to be able to get that skill going again. Fascinating that when tuned up our indigo can be like a video projector.

Ra: I am Ra. Let us clarify further. As we have previously stated, all beings have the potential for all possible vibratory rates. Thus the potential of the green and blue energy center activation is, of course, precisely where it must be in a creation of Love. However, the negatively polarized entity will have achieved harvest due to extremely efficient use of red and yellow/orange, moving directly to the gateway indigo bringing through this intelligent energy channel the in-streamings of intelligent infinity.

Working the lower (if you are reflective) automaticly mirrors quantity unto the upper similar...
For example;
red -> yellow -> indigo
bloodred -> green -> softpink

However, negative entities are rarely reflective, leg activity may cause its energy to skip the sacrum and move directly unto the plexus, even stronger leg activity (only achieved through utilizing the barbiepink/magenta (negative) portion of the throat chakra) cause it to skip all the way to indigo&pineal.
This narrow beam shooting up ones spine causes the solar plexus to burn hot at its core (falsly mistaken for being "yellow" in properties).
Waiting for poor aiming of the narrow beam to accumulate over time (or after fully filling up the cobalt blue to purple energies) adds less and less compact layers down on the physical level, from yellow to bloodred, before moving into the positive portion.

Does anyone have any suggestions in quieting the mind though? That's my most difficult task.

I agree--I'm loving this forum more and more as I keep finding real spiritual treasure in insightful and loving posts. Thank you all!! Here's my take on quieting the mind, taken from a channeling in 2011 regarding the higher self:

January 8, 2011:
"Ultimately, you reach a point somewhere in the midst of sixth density when you discover that all that you have ever desired has been satisfied except for the hunger and thirst for the Creator. And so you turn from the world of desire. You no longer think of what you will do next. You only think of the Creator. And that draws you ever closer to the seventh density, the Density of Foreverness."

When I think in this way, everything makes sense and gets quiet. As with everything else, Love is the answer...and, as the members of YES sang so long ago, "Love will find a way." (although my favorite is their 18-minute take on Hesse's Siddhartha called "Close to the Edge"--that one just blows me away).

lol @ my post from almost a year ago. Jeez, plenum, some things just don't change

anyways, my thoughts re: indigo ray were that it (to use a computer game metaphor), that is indigo ray energy or activity can almost be seen to be akin to a 'mana bar', or ability to do magic or psychic stuff.

and like a mana bar, it can be depleted at times, and replensihed at others. One can try to 'charge' it too via crystals.

just some passing thoughts.

I don't know how my indigo is doing, but I don't really focus on any particular chakras. I just invite in my higher self to do the balancing for me. It seems too subtle for me to do it.
