It's not possible to be alone in 3D. Even if I was alone on the planet, I could still polarize. There would be many interactions with animals, plants, myself, and my environment that would be either giving or exploiting. The process would most likely be a bit slower though.

Split yourself into 2 sublogos of your one logos and have them debate things. Admit to yourself that since you are alone your brain has the right and in some ways, the obligation to keep you entertained and therefore the production of "non physical visual/auditive effects" can be produced by the brain. After that if you do it well your brain will spawn another 5th Density being with a 3rd density "sort of looks like human" body that you can talk with that is fully in your understanding only in your inner world but now reflected to the outer to facilitate communication and polarization.

Thats my take on that.

You always have "multiple personalities" all you need to do is project one of them from your thought processess to your visual processess and run it there.

Was saying to Karl that all you really need to do is project one of your thought form companions from your internal dialogue to an external person.

It all depends on how easy it is for you to convince yourself afterwards that you don't need them and or that you can ask them to go back. Which depends entirely on how you manifest them and your previous actions on if your inner guides that you manifest believe you when you say it is in everyones best interest for them to go back to being internal guides after isolation is over. That depends on your ability to communicate "telepathically" with your inner guides.

When I Was in solitary confinement when I was in prison all I did was I turned the shower room into a sauna by turning the water on its hottest setting and sitting a small distance away. The temp climbed very quickly and before long I had a kind of Turkish Sauna going. But that's because I felt like I enjoyed the privacy and the calmness.
