I lay down with my arms to my side, or rest them on my pelvis when I meditate. Has anyone ever had the feeling of cold air blow over their arms? It happens occasionally.

I've been meditating outside for a while now, yesterday I saw all kinds of geometric patterns, flowing ever so beautifully. Made me smile!

Some of the phenomena that happens during meditation are so interesting and tempting to engage in, but from what I have read the Zen Masters call it Makyo; mind you that not all phenomena is a makyo, and fallowing that path I tend to let them be as they are. Makyo are mental distractions, sort of Gate Keepers if I may, that guard your sub consciousness, or a self disillusion. .Unless I'm aiming at a particular state of mind, for a purpose, I tend to treat phenomena as a very good distraction.

I read that " When the lake is calm, the smallest pebble disrupts it's serenity " . Now when talking about our potential and the dormant skills that we all posses, that abruptly surfaces when we meditate! that's the stuff.

My girlfriend and I have engage in telepathic communication on purpose while meditating. The meditation was done so we could prove to ourselves that we could do it...well me trying to demonstrate to her. Another time, She was asleep and I wanted to see if I could contact her while she was having fun with Morpheus, well I didn't "saw" anything, but the next morning she told me that she had a very interesting dream with me. According to her, I wanted to show her something, and the environment keep changing to this beautiful scenes, she said that I looked frustrated...I guess it worked.
