Cutting out porn and masturbation has been an extremely important for my personal evolution.

Good luck, guys. For too long society has deemed the emotions of men unnecessary (and on the flip side, the emotions of women exaggerated to the point of mockery) because emotions are the gateway to our true being, our true selves. Putting one's emotions on lockdown is the quickest way to create blockages in our chakra system - in turn causing sickness and debilitation.

I used to get angered (and scared) by strange men who would stare at me or especially try to talk to me, but long ago I came to the understanding that they really just desire to come in contact with someone who holds a purer/balanced form of feminine energy - not to toot my own horn, but just saying juxtaposed with all the extreme sexual advertisements, pornography, and bimbo tv hosts that are so ubiquitous today.

I know your title says FOR MEN, but I think getting whole is a gift we give to everyone, and I enjoyed your links!

Quote:there is a Japanese word, kenjataimu, for the post-orgasmic period when a man’s thoughts are no longer impaired by his sexual drive and he can think clearly like a “sage” of clear mind.

    Etymology:

Derived from けんじゃ【賢者】 kenja "sage" and タイム taimu "time; period". Literally "sage time".

I don't think porn is bad as long as those in the image aren't being humiliated or embarrassed and are both willing. I look at cartoon porn from time to time. But sadly I've been turned on by some humiliating scenes, even with cartoons.

i'm pretty sure the cartoons weren't being unwillingly humiliated...

i don't think porn is bad, either. i figure there's probably some planet(s) out there where public nudity is normal & so is sex in public. if that's how it was here on Earth maybe porn wouldn't be as popular as it is but idk

i've never liked watching porn. i've actually only seen a handful of it in my life - definitely no more than 30mins worth.

but when i hit puberty...i sure read the hell out of it. i came across such outrageous literature omg lol. i eventually started feeling bad for reading it & felt like it was tainting my memories/thoughts so i quit & now it's been about a decade since i've read it.

I don't think its a major issue as such, i guess most guys watch it fairly often. I used to daily if i am to be honest but i have been able let go of that experience now. I think the effects are larger than what is simply made out. Men are programmed to desire and reproduce with females, images are shown daily in the media programming the subconsciousness mind further into perpetual enslavement to desire. On the positive side it allows someone to experience most things one can imagine but this like any addiction will result in more exterm measure to generate the same dopamine effect.

I also question a lot of websites against porn as perhaps having a hidden religious agenda that isn't clearly shown and the science they give is often debatable at best. However never the less i think in order to progress on the spiritual path one will have to balance the sexual desires and move into the higher centers regardless of the polarity.

Relationship issues is always something i have had issues in dealing with probably because of the shaming from the media and society as being unworthy of such an experience unless i could show the characteristics of the ideal mate. I understand that those problems ultimately came from myself and buying into the state of victim consciousness. Something that i am thankfully over with now. Although i still struggle with finding a loving partner.

Never the less i wish the best of luck with anyone on this rather sensitive and often difficult catalyst that goes unheard of mostly.

When I was 11 they didn't even have the internet. They barely had it when I was in college. And there were no real graphics on the terminals that we read.

I still feel bad for them. The artists like to make the submissive one cry.

I used to watch a lot of porn because I had no sex in real life.
Now when I get the feelings I can move the energy up the spine to higher centers.

We are sexual beings by nature, but we can work off the urge to do things in 3d by using imagination.
I'm pretty happy that I managed to do this without acting things out.
That could have become complicated and caused karma that I really don't want.

I think many porn actors enjoy their work. I don't get the impression that they are being forced against their will to do things.
    Bless them for their service.

I'd rather work with the sexual energy in my higher centers than to risk additional karma. Though I don't believe karma really sticks to me. I tend to be pretty kind hearted.

I would suggest to all of you to share this links with friends that are especially young teens and with other families that have teens where the parents are distorted. In this case there is a big risk of the kids to fall in the usual trap and mentality and as a consequence it will affect the womans/girls too..

I got the internet when I was 11. Looking back, I was actually exposed to a lot of bestiality from the get-go. One of the first videos and friend and I downloaded was a mystery, and turned out to be a lady fellating a horse. On AOL, they had lots of different chatrooms spanning different interests, and I would often go into the "pet chat" rooms. Once I made the mistake of going into a pet chat room in the middle of the night - there were some pretty disturbing conversations going on.

When I was younger I read a lot of erotica too. I've watched porn too but I think I've always preferred literature (I don't engage in any pornography now). I think it's probably less traumatizing because you're creating your own imagery that you're comfortable with, and if something is distasteful it's a lot easier to stop reading something than to stop watching something.

Romance novels are really on a different end of the spectrum than I think what the OP is discussing. They are pretty, flowery things written for older ladies who can be a little on the rigid side. Nothing like the first pornography I ever experienced. Confused

50 Shades of Gray is a good case study, because the media ran so far with this one and it's really just one big rape fantasy. I think it's still pretty "tame" as far as sexual imagery goes (at least in the movie), but it still promotes the idea that women want to be tied down and taken advantage of (especially by suave billionaires - they get to do whatever they want!)

As an observation..I posted the same post on other forums..One is for a specific brand on video card for PC (IT forum) and the other it was the forum of a club owners of specific brand of car..In the IT forum the same post go poked fun and foolish jokes and on the other with the car the post was deleted without warning ... Still on this kind of forum like bring4th people do see the real use of that kind of info....The male audience here is less than car and IT forum..

Oh gosh, myststars , that sounds so stereotypical, sadly.

I think this forum has an excellent balance of gender and male/ female energy For what it's worth.  Which I think is what we need and what your work will help accomplish Smile

You did. Even if you just implanted the idea that there's a different way of being, it's now there for them to access later when they decide they're ready to change.

Cartoon porn doesn't hurt anyone. Plus it's an experience for Creator.
But it does get repetitive, and Creator likes new experiences.
I believe even the cartoon scenes are happening in another density.

I don't ever get really horny. I masturbate when I just have a little urge, or want to push it. Sometimes I have to arouse myself to do so.
