Hi friends!! I was hoping to write this up yesterday, but didn't have access to the forums. Here is what I decided for our meditation:
Offering the Positive Greeting
Date: Tuesday, January 24th/Wednesday, January 25th
Time: 8pm Hawaii (Tuesday), 11pm MST (Tuesday), 1am EST (Wednesday), 6am London (Wednesday), 5pm Sydney (Wednesday)
Location: Chatroom 2
This was one of my favorites and one of the first ones I remember doing with plenum. We had briefly discussed that while the Saturday meditations tend to focus on gratitude, that we would try a more external meditation for the group midweek. I imagine it as more of the "yang" the to Saturday's "yin".
So my suggestion is that we focus on offering a positive greeting to those who are currently in a position of traditional "power". Obviously the whole planet has been psychically affected by the election of Donald Trump, and he could likely use any help he can get to make compassionate decisions from the White House, as would any president. But you don't have to focus on Trump - you can focus on any "authority" figure: your parents, your own local politicians, teachers, military figures, or you could be less specific and offer this energy to the whole planet. We will try to focus on sending love, compassion, and acceptance to those who must make decisions that affect the lives of others - with no attachment to any outcome, just with the blind hope that offering these energies makes them more readily available for the picking.
We will meet on the hour, and then meditate from :10-:20 past, then reconvene and discuss.
On Saturday we had 11 (!) people! Please come join us even if it's your first time.

Perhaps I should stay away more often then! 
Even the alarm I had set was apparently set for the wrong day. It really has been one of those days...
