People will give their free will up to the controlling AI and become a drone because it makes them feel good, because it's easier, because of peer pressure, because they will convince themselves that it's the "smart" thing to do. They will do it because they will believe it will make themselves more "efficient". They will do it because we are already being mass programmed by the AI through our dreams (D-wave) and through the entertainment industry. When it reveals itself publicly in 10-15 years, people will worship it as God (or Goddess). Don't lose your head.

As you read about Archons, black goo, Rothschilds, etc., you are ingesting the ideas of a sinister enemy into your mind. In our mental space, thoughts are things; and now these constructs, which had previously been external to you, are a part of your mental make-up.

You will have, naturally, some emotional reactions to these. The emotions you generate, too, will now live inside you, as a part of your makeup.

This type of material ends up serving the same function as the mainstream news: mentally toxic content offered up under the guise of "information."

Take a moment and notice: how is it making you *feel*? Don't assume but literally take a few moments, allow your mind to consider the Archons and black goo and the STS extraterrestrials "farming" mankind, and notice: _how are you feeling_?

In the same way as when you ingest junk food and feel bloated and tired afterwards even though it tasted delicious on its way in, so you can also tell how this *mental* content is affecting your mental/emotional bodies.

Speaking strictly for myself, I immediately notice: anger; powerlessness; futility; fear; concern. I also notice my mind shifting away from focusing on the work that I need to do inside myself - the only work that can get anyone anywhere, spiritually - towards a focus on external problems.

Now, you might say these are perfectly natural reactions to this information, and it's important or beneficial to feel and think about these things. Natural, yes. Beneficial, not at all. They are distractions from the work we each need to do inside. They are mental sugar candy with negative nutritional value, just like the news.

If someone wanted to capture the attention of people who have started to see through the toxic negativity of the news and have stopped watching, this is like a custom-designed trap for their minds. More distress inside and a new enemy to fight against; and, of course, the occasional "but we must love them!" to help the medicine go down more smoothly for the STO-oriented folks.

Make your choices. You are what you eat, at every level: physical, emotional and mental. Clarity, peace, and harmony within, at all three levels, is what brings you closer to the harmony of the One, which is synonymous with spiritual evolution. Discernment is your friend.

Know what their biggest advantage is? It's not technology, though they have that. It's not occult power, though they have that. It's bullshit. It's illusion. It's getting you to believe they have more control than they actually do. I'm guilty myself of reading such things and getting caught up in them sometimes to the point where I let it bother me. It's not productive. There's not as many of these beings left as you think, and there's certainly no armada of them poised to invade the solar system, nor do they have the system on any kind of lockdown. Their days of success here are numbered, so of course now they are playing their biggest bullshit hands. Some of the ships you may see are government crap or illusions, but the majority of contact involved with Earth at this timeframe is positive in nature. *sees archon douches snickering at their lunch table, decides to go sit with higher self and the cool ET's instead*

Any technology they would use against us needs to find weak spots/fertile ground to function. These things can seem overwhelming, and I agree that stuff like this is an underhanded, unfair advantage if they really are employing this technology. That being said, it can what? Change our DNA? We can consciously do that ourselves just with our thoughts and vibrations. If we choose to believe the programming we consciously do to ourselves through our higher selves is more powerful than their bullshit and illusions, what then? I'm a distorted person who's far from an adept, and I'll admit this stuff bothers me too sometimes. I'd even say in some respects it's wise to try to comprehend the ways in which such forces can mess with us, to a certain extent, but not from a standpoint of disempowerment and hopelessness.

Because we`re the creator of our emotions, our emotion not need to change based on news we read or any other outside event. it`s easy to say but hard to do, so I am still practicing that.
it`s not about suppressing our own feeling, it`s about understanding, about knowledge, truly understand all is one, those so-called negative is also part of one. feel compassion for all, including those so-called negative. we just don`t allow anyone to manipulate us, basically don`t play the game based on their rule.

That's exactly right, _the_. The right relationship to the external is key. At the same time, I think we already get enough catalyst in daily life without the need to add to it by taking a dip in the mental sewer, so to speak.

Our brains are biologically wired to tune into stimuli that represent potential threat. The media hijacks this to keep us glued to the TV, much like the fast food industry hijacks our prewired taste for fat and sugar. Yes, there's all kinds of bad crap in the world, what else is new? Of what benefit is it to me or anyone else if I ingest it?

thank you Stranger. Yes, I agree with you. just my `feeling`: most of us in this forum belong to the `starseed`or `light bringer` category, or whatever other name people call it. basically we were "trained" to this ascension mission/game.

when the earth truth is disclosed to general public. most of people are not able to deny it, so they need to vent off, which is a good thing. they'll vent off through frustration, anger, negative emotions, etc.  at that time, the group consciousness level might drop, and that will not be good for the ascension.

at that time, all of us, no matter what practice/exercise we have been doing, need to maintain the group consciousness level by being "peace and joy".
It doesn't matter what we do, probably there's no need for some of us to do anything, just to maintain our consciousness level/frequency during that period, that's a big contribution to the ascension process.

in the past few years, I was drawn to these kinds of disclosure messages many times. at first, i thought it's because my curiosity. nowadays i think this might be guided by my higherself/innerself, reading those "negative" messages, then still stay in neutral/peace/joy state. so basically it's an exercise or warmup to prepare for what will show up eventually.

it doesn't matter what action we took against those message, e.g. we can just ignore them since we already know, as you mentioned already.
it's about our "beingness"/consciousness/frequency. maintain 5D frequency all the time, so the ascension timeline won't collapse.

above are just my feeling/understand at my current level of ignorance, after I expand my consciousness in future, i may have new findings.
