I began researching the Law of One during the winter of 2012. This was a very uncomfortable time for me. All that i thought i knew, and all that i thought id become came tumbling down when i realized reality is far more complex, and that we are not simply monkeys with a brain full of mush trying to figure out what it is thats going on in front of us. I always had this idea that we're nothing more then biological devices that live and die quietly on this planet, with no impact on anything that could possibly exist beyond our own sky.  I always felt that i was just another human, out of many that exist here.

I was born here in the States, but my family is from pakistan. Ive lived there for 3 years as a child from 2003 to 2006. This is what i believe lead me to the conclusion that life in the west is based on a culture that uses sophisticated divergent strategy to enslave the individual. To make the individual experience feel powerless. to distract us from the true essence of direct experience by spoiling us with consumer goods, the chaotic idiocy of televised programming and the promises made by these priestly cast of people that enforce religions.  Although this does exist on the other side of the earth, the methods of enslavement are not as solid as they are here. I actually felt more free in Pakistan then i do here at home.

When i came to this conclusion, i knew there had to be something i could turn to or even someone to turn to. Despite my research on Abraham religions, it is obvious to the free thinker that this is a threat to my existence. So i abandoned the idea of religion altogether. But i never held the title as being an atheist, which i believe is the easiest rout out for the lazy ones among our people. But i could not simply accept the fact that this material world is exactly what the state says it is.
I didnt want to believe that if i needed to exist on this earth, that i would have waste the greatest years of my life serving an institution in return for some green paper that served as the currency system. A green paper that has no value when looking at it beyond the egoic mind. This annoyed me, my soul knew it wasnt the way to live, but my brain had no other experiences to reflect on to find the answers. This is when i realized that my mind requires a specific type of catalyst for expanding upon everyday experiences.

All through out the rest of 2013 up until now, i have devoted my life to understanding this density of existence with the help of shamanistic substances. After my first few experience on psychedelics and dissociatives, reality was too good to be true, but still true. The infrastructure of this egoic, brainwashed ideology of the everyday consumer comes tumbling down. You feel naked, exposed to the true essence of reality. Perceiving the world through this filter we call the brain is great and all, but being able to finely tune this instrument to understand different psychological archetypes and to understand and feel energy, vibrations and emotion. It makes the individual feel complete. The boundaries between things are exposed as illusions, and everything becomes one. The understanding that comes with these experiences is almost to unreal to put into word. Every individual has their own unique experience.

But i personally believe that the one thing that all of our shamanic experiences have in common are that these experiences empower the individual.

    Hi PsyOil,

    Welcome Smile

I completely agree with you.   Life in the West has definitely been subject to a sophisticated strategy to enslave us, keep in a hypnotic trance of consumerism, material pursuits and hypersexualization.  It is really really bad, awful, ungodly.

I don't have any experience with substances that you speak of, but it does give individuals amazing spiritual experiences from what I understand.  I think the empowerment  comes from knowledge of the truth and realization of the truth (not the "substance" so to speak). The empowerment comes from the personal revelation, I think.

The second sentence I bolded is an expression of the Law of One.  That's beautiful!

Shamanic substances are too powerful for me. They freaked me out.
