it is an interesting title though. After all, as in all things, there is a gap between the theory and principles (reading the Ra material) and actually putting it into practice on a daily basis. It is not so much following exactly, and step by step every word that Ra transmitted, but rather integrating the principles outlined in your own unique way, to give expression to the living creator.
the difference between the theory and the practice is something like this.
the theory is buying your food groceries, bringing them home, and spreading out the items on your kitchen counter, all available to see, clear and perceptible. This is what Ra lays out on the table for us. It is a clear distillation of principles and understanding; it feels like we understand it all! we have the keys to the universe! it is so CLEAR!!
and yet, the practice is actually taking the food items, cleaning and preparing them, firing up the stove and getting all the kitchen utensils, cooking the food carefully and thoroughly, and then combining it (adding spices and flavors here and there), and serving it up as a beautiful, home cooked, personally infused dish.
this is the cooking practice. This is your Life. This is how you relate to others, this is how you relate to yourself. This is the meditation, this is the dream work, this is the careful attention to how one uses one's time, this is how one spends one's free time. This is how one chooses at work, this is how one treats all acts with care and respect, this is how one honors and accepts one's parents. This is all those humble acts and decisions that go into every aspect of our daily lives.

this is the 'living' part of the Law of One.
where the theory is translated into practice, and the words are turned into a living tone poem of Beingness.
so it is great to have the groceries outlayed on the table (thank you Ra!). It is great to be able to perceive the principles oh so clearly. But that is almost the easy part. The part of personal responsibility and the application of Will, the making of the conscious 'Choice' ... this is the cooking and the preparing of the food of your life.
speaking is easy, doing is where the tires meet the road.
and we all make mistakes and stumble (who hasn't cooked a disastrous meal at one stage??), but going back into the hot, sometimes unpleasant kitchen each day is where we learn to perfect the art of living.
peace fellow seekers,
