This is for those that aren't vegans or maybe it can be if you would like just an extra boost of greens. During a reading by joan piper, a local medium, she figured out that I wasn't getting enough greens which was definitely accurate as I mainly eat chicken and sweet potatoes.
She recommended a product called greens first, so I went ahead and ordered some. After reading mentions about alkalinity, I realized that one of this products features is that it helps to support ph alkaline balance. It's also gluten free along with certified organic fruits and veggies with no solvents use to dry after juicing. It also boasts no yeast, corn, wheat, soy protein, dairy, egg, MSG, preservatives, artificial color/flavor.
It definitely has an odd flavor but maybe its normal for people who are used to drinking juiced veggies. It's a little pricey also but it seems like a good product.
Just wanted to add that I'm not affiliated with the company if that sounded like a product pitch lol
