    I imagine it's a lot. I logged 6+ hours.

Although I enjoy spending time with nature, I spend most of my time indoors. Among other factors, I tend to become unwell in places that are too arid or far from the coastline. Bright light is also an issue such that areas with frequent overcast are appreciated.

The older I get the less I am able to focus for long periods of time on a computer. Now I usually do some short bursts then I stop. I feel like being so focused on something close to you without moving it's like it's contracting your reality towards your mind instead of expanding your mind towards the infinite, which I prefer. Sometimes I think about going on b4 but I'm just tired to look at a screen so I give up. If I would add the time spent on a cellphone it would increase significantly even though I consider myself not to be someone that depends on it too much. I don't like having it on me all the time but it does so many things I always end up using it anyway. The paradox of technology. It's simultaneously very helpful and troublesome.
