Many of us here consider ourselves to be "Lightworkers". We should take this term to be not just metaphorical, but literal. One thing we can do is anchor light to this planet.

When meditating, conjure (or at least envision) a brilliant white light coming from the depths of the galaxy, passing downward through your spine, and all the way to the center of the earth. Hold this light as long as you can. In doing so, you aid those who are here at this time, from higher dimensions, who are working to heal the planet, and working to help us in our ascension.

Remember, our thoughts are corporeal in Time/Space. This light that we envision has substance there.

Light is associated with Love. Light banishes darkness. Love conquers fear.
