I would like to gather here people that are interested in spiritual and practical use of this device. I've been researching this device for quite a while, but there are very few resources that are available. To my knowledge there are two operating devices, one in Russia, Novosibirsk and one in Switzerland. I put here short description and then all links of resources that I have gathered. This apparatus, invented by Kozyrev, gives access to intensified consciousness and altered states, including non-linear time — similar to a deep meditational state.
The best material is available from interview with russian scientist Alexander Trofimov. He's general director at International Scientific Research Institute for Cosmic Anthropo-Ecology in Novosibirsk.
