Question #3: Audio Transcripts - How many would you download?

The channelings of L/L Research exist in two forms: transcript and audio. The transcripts of every single channeling session – from Hatton, Latwii, Ra, Q’uo, and other members of the Confederation – are always and will always be freely available at the L/L Research Transcript Library.

The audio from each channeling session, on the other hand, has been locked on cassettes since 1974, when L/L Research began recording its channelings. Since 2008, we have been steadily converting the audio on the cassettes into a digital audio format for the dual purposes of preservation and download as an mp3 file through our online store. Our goal is to make the audio from each channeling session (the Ra Contact included) available as an mp3 for downloading to your computer, iPod, or other mp3 player for a reasonable fee.

As L/L Research offers virtually all of its material for free on its website, it is hoped that the audio download project will generate much needed revenue for the organization. In order to move in the right direction of making the audio available to the community, L/L Research would like to hear from you! I second that. I suspect that many people waking up now, like myself, are still enthralled in the hustle and bustle of daily life, work, raising kids, etc. Having these sessions available to listen to on the road, or at the office is invaluable.

I like the subscription model that BBS Radio offers, but I don't like the fact that they don't have an RSS/Atom feed to automate downloading new sessions.

Hi Steve. I think L/L Research should charge more for the content that is available. The information that I had received from the books Law of One and the channelings is so powerful that people (myself included) can spend a little extra buck for helping you guys survive.

And also you should post more often in the home page if you need donations to be made monthly. People are lazy but if you yell out loud and remind us to make donations I think we will mobilize and help L/L Research more than that we can do right now.

On the audio transcripts I also encourage you to make more diverse offers like buying the whole transcripts for one year for the price of 100$. It is just an example that I made to give you some kind of idea about the audio transcripts.

I think David Wilcocks idea about asking people to not spread the audio transcripts (like he did) all over the torrents site is beneficial.

yeah, but the torrents thing, as well as them being put on youtube, simply will happen. It is the nature of the digital age. However, what you're going to have to depend on is that some people will want to support you and so will not opt for the free downloads but will actually pay the money. Myself, I am a pretty big pirate, but when it comes to this stuff I would pay because I think you guys need the money. I would probably buy these in packages, if made available that way. Like I would buy the Ra material altogether probably as soon as it became available. Maybe since it's such a large collection, the Ra material could be made, altogether, available for $1 each instead of $3, or even less. So if they were $3 each, then sell the 104 Law of One sessions for maybe $104 instead of $312. Or even less, since it's such a large volume you could make it $.50 each, resulting in it being $52, which is much more affordable and feasible for someone like myself, a college student with not much money to throw around. And that's still $52 in your pocket that you would not have if I had just kept reading the free online transcript version.

I entirely disagree, however, that you should ever charge for the text transcripts. It was specified by Ra that you should make it available to everyone freely, and you don't want to invite the merchants into the temple.
