I rewatched this video again and I'm like oh snap! It really does look like a freaking ghost at the top of the steps at around 8:10 on the right.

This is some creepy stuff man....

When the camera turns onto the stairs You can see movement – someone is going to the right corner at the top of the stairs and when Person with camera is climbing the last steps You can see a shoe and white pants.
I think He wasn’t alone in that hose and on the video You can see that other Person.

Greetings, GreatSpirit! You know, in my experience the really important creepy thing to be concerned with is... demon-infested haunted dolls.

 Typical evil devil-doll obviously up to no good whatsoever.

That's right. If you put your typical demonic doll in the same (haunted-house) room as your regulation chain-rattling terrorifical ghost, the doll will scare the bejezus out of the ghost, hands down. Trust me on this-- I know, because I've had to resort to demon-dolls (amateur clowns and Star Trek cosplayers aren't quite creepy enough to do the job reliably, I've tried 'em [they do get rid of mice, cockroaches, unwanted houseguests, and other vermin, though]) to exorcise the chain-rattling ghosts out of my place (I unwittingly built my spacious garish mansion on an ancient burial-ground for psychopathic deranged lunatic outcasts from indigenous early iron-age polite society who were buried wrapped up in chains for safe-keeping), and I'm too stubborn/lazy to move.

 Super-evil demonic doll multitasking by gloating over something really wicked it's done even as it's plotting new deviltry.

 Also I just invested a bundle in a new Sensurround Smell-O-Vision Super Hologramic home movie theater, so I'm staying put until I can at least amortize it a bit, in the meanwhile finally catching up on my carefully-acquired backlog of smut heart-warming Hollywood Classics of the Golden Age of Cinema. Unfortunately, now I'm up to my ass in evil demonically-infested dolls, who mill around said theater, wickedly whispering plot spoilers just loud enough for me to hear. Not to mention noisily slurping on their sodas, crinkling candy-bar wrappers, and yakking indiscretely into their cellphones (to other devil-dolls no doubt). And so it goes.

 Is no one safe from the evil designs of the devil-dolls?! Nope. "Get 'em while they're young!"-- that's their motto.

 Even Ra and Q'uo are too wary of these things to so much as mention them. Go ahead, search the material-- not a word on this important topic! Chance? Happenstance? I think not! Oh well, I can't really blame them-- I hear the Demon Doll Lobby is pretty strong around the back halls of the Council of Saturn; it comes down hard on demon-doll defamation. 'Twas ever thus.
