Stare at a corner & attempt to perceive a flat image...
This does not result in the negation or conceptual disabling of depth perception but rather enables progression towards the perceptual adoption of greater environmental merging perception; it is also of assistance to focus on the energy particles in the "empty space" between "you" and "objects". It will be observed after several moments of concentrated focus that the energy does not bend inwards at the point where there "corner" is made but instead remains as a quasi-flat semi-stationary wave which is comprised & composed of variably shifting "motion" (i.e. shimmering, glimmering, glowing, waltzing). Regardless of eyes opened or closed, and despite where one's perceptual awareness focus is directed, the energetic particle wave is always perceived and, especially of key significance in the former situation of open and closed eyes, retains the same exact movements.
This is benefactorial in the attempt at psycheinversion, the perceptual paradigm shift from "a person walking around in external environments separate from oneself" to "metaphysically stationary perceptual awareness perceiving extremely interactive energetically manifesting environments superimposed over a spectrum of vibrational frequency wherein the notion of subject and object may be rendered superfluous for the transition into the existential acknowledgement that the contents of one's perceived region are also a part of one's beingness and consciousness, thus allowing for the objective acceptance that one's physical bio-vehicle is only really ever perceived by fellow version manifestations of the One Infinite Creator from their perception, though it is truly your perception of reality which matters for your existential continuum as it is your consciousness awareness which experiences your experiential nexus and is thus entirely your authority & jurisdiction, and when 'your' awareness perceives the manifestation of a mirror or reflective surface, for in actuality some of the true objective descriptions, attributes & characteristics which collectively work to give rise to an interfacing definition of 'you' is a field of consciousness awareness functioning as the inner awareness of any particular manifest environment observing a seamless & sublime blend of forms & colors which usually projects the applied assumed defining presumptions of 'objects', 'places', 'things', 'stuff', 'environments', etc., wherein occasionally these two long appendages usually termed 'arms' manifest with thingies called 'fingers' by most, which allow the perceptual awareness to openly interact with the various surrounding manifest contents, other two long appendages dubbed as 'legs' with things viewed as 'feet' which facilitate the phenomenon of 'movement through space', and this odd pod which has been conceptually christened 'the body' (I prefer physical bio-vehicle, though this references all 'bodily' components working in tandem), manifest due to volition, direction of awareness & projection of will so as to catalyze, effectuate and bring to fruition the capacity to alter, re-alter, configure, reconfigure, modify, re-modify, shift, transfer, move, interface & essentially interact with one's personal perceptive perspective of one's existential experience of the experientially-enabling bio-canvas template domain christened incarnation, the Universe, reality, Life, and the One Infinite Creation, or rather one's current perception of it at this particular spatial/temporal nexus, with the further insight to all this being that one's experience of existence is not externalized but, as previously mentioned, rendered as the inner awareness of a manifest environment, giving rise to the notion that existential experience is not separate but are properly contents of one's consciousness, or in other words the concept that reality is contained within one's awareness/mind/beingness/consciousness."
