Ra likes to call our solar system a galaxy. That is what they are calling star system. So the Council looks after 7 different solar systems.. but all of the dimensions for those systems. Just think of that staggering number... the planets that have 3 dimensional life are one thing, then there are the moons, then the comets and asteroids... But thats just the third dimension! There are so many entities that have awareness in some way that thee council is caring for and interacting with in some way, for the betterment of their evolution and growth. Not even all of them have names because of such different ways of living, different bodies of knowledge completely, connecting on math of course, and music.

And i think you guys are focusing on the numbers and percentages a bit too much, Ra has said many times that they mess up numbers all the time because they dont use them like we do. They have to re-tell years and dates and lengths of time because they arent in the physical dimensions anymore. They care outside of time as we know it, and can see all of the options.

Well years are irrelevant since they do not bring any form of growth or understanding except knowing how close in time an event is from you. If you view time as something simultaneous, it becomes even less relevant as we live in an infinite Creation where all is One from the Alpha to the Omega.

Names are irrelevant because anyone can name something differently, what's important is an understanding of the concepts behind the names. Learning the names of things related to a concept is often harder than assimilating the concept.

Ra: I am Ra. There are many Confederations. This Confederation works with the planetary spheres of seven of your galaxies, if you will, and is responsible for the callings of the densities of these galaxies.

7 extrasolar/exosolar planetary systems, 53 civilizations, 500 planets; considering that our solar system do not have more than 10 planets, how come the remaining 6 stars can have 490 planets..


That statement can also be interpreted as;

1- perhaps Ra used the word "civilization" in the meaning of "planet", that is, in fact there might be 53 planets in the confederation

2- "five hundred planetary consciousness complexes" might not mean "500 planets", but might mean that there are different groups inhabiting those 53 planets


However, there is one big problem with this interpretation; in session 16.33 Don mentions "500 planets" explicitly, but Ra does not correct him.

It is working with (i.e., helping) 7 of what we call star systems. I don't see Ra saying that 500 planetary consciousnesses originate from 7 star systems.

That's one logical interpretation; that is, confederation is located in -and inhabits- -let's say- around 50 star systems and 500 planets. It "works with the planetary spheres of other 7 star systems, and is responsible for the callings of the densities of these 7 star systems".

However, the problem with this interpretation/explanation might be that; how come the confederation does not work with the planetary systems of their own star systems (i.e. 50 confederation star sytstems) and is not responsible from the callings of the densities of those 50 star systems.

Therefore, the above interpretation was not combining two separate statements, but inferring one from the other.

For instance, is latwii a civilization or a group? Does the planet they inhabit belong to them only, or do they share it with other groups as well?

Nevertheless, I am not quite sure whether my line of thought above is correct.

1- If it is correct; then the normalized/isolated/lean figures of 1D, 2D and 3D must be:
   1D = 17%
   2D = 3%
   3D = 7%

2- If it is not correct;
   a) either 35% is also an intersection and can not be classified into either densities; because the creatures/entities inhabiting (together with other densities) 35% of 67 million planets, are angelic beings or spirit/mind complexes (which might not be following ordinary 1D to 7D evolution path/spectrum).
   b) or there is some different/mysterious math pertaining to that "mysterious 35%".

I guess the mysterious 35% refers to the planets habited by 6D and higher densities. As Ra said, there are also wanderers from 7d and beyond.
