I guess what 'Fast Food' might be is up to question. But let's say the commercial chains like McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell etc and others in that segment are selling 'fast food'.
do you eat much Fast Food these days?
I don't. The closest in recent times (say before 18 months ago) was when I ate at a place called Oportos, which is an Aussie chain dealing with chicken burgers and the like. Their biggest 'claim' was that the ingredients were delivered to the chain stores on a regular basis, and that nothing was frozen (thereby implying a greater degree of 'freshness', and 'heathiness' and less preservatives (implied).
but I did eat lots of fast food from age 15 onwards, and probably up until age 25. Know what I don't miss? the constipation lol. If you live on fast food all the time, the lack of natural fibre eventually comes back to haunt you.
No. I definitely don't miss that lol
