I guess what 'Fast Food' might be is up to question. But let's say the commercial chains like McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell etc and others in that segment are selling 'fast food'.

do you eat much Fast Food these days?

I don't. The closest in recent times (say before 18 months ago) was when I ate at a place called Oportos, which is an Aussie chain dealing with chicken burgers and the like. Their biggest 'claim' was that the ingredients were delivered to the chain stores on a regular basis, and that nothing was frozen (thereby implying a greater degree of 'freshness', and 'heathiness' and less preservatives (implied).

but I did eat lots of fast food from age 15 onwards, and probably up until age 25. Know what I don't miss? the constipation lol. If you live on fast food all the time, the lack of natural fibre eventually comes back to haunt you.

No. I definitely don't miss that lol BigSmile

I still eat it on occasion since it's so cheap but I pay for it. I feel really dehydrated afterwards and my heart starts pounding so hard, I can feel my pulse throughout my entire body. Sometimes it'll affect me so bad, it won't leave my stomach for hours and no amout of water will fix it so I end up making myself throw up but luckily, that's not very often. A combination of alcohol and fast food/pizza and it's almost a guarantee it'll happen so I avoid those two.

I haven't lately, but a month or so ago I ate out quite a bit. It doesn't affect me that badly. But I do have anxiety, which may be caused by poor diet.

Usually only after a big night lol though I did love treating myself to this burger once a week when I lived in the city, I have never tasted chicken so tender.

Prefer a greasy milkbar to Maccas though, but on the reals those multiple branch companies are a godsend at times, espec. travelling

Lol, I eat way too much considering but none of the fast food stuff (Been years since I've walked into a McDonalds). It's more along the line of local takeaways and restaurants.

I eat a lot of TV Dinners and other microwave meals like Lasagna.
    And sandwiches.
And on Friday mornings 2 Barbacoa tacos with a Venti Starbucks coffee.

My mom's been cooking a lot of steaks lately.

I eat some fast food now and again, maybe a couple times a month? Usually it's an issue of not having something to eat at home or being out and about and needing a quick bite.

    Hi all.
Because we now eat almost 100% organic, the last time
I did eat fastfood was at HARVEY'S, because we can
put what WE want in the burger. It was a few years ago.

The last time we went to McD0N4LD's was in the years 1971-72 !!
We went 4 times MAX, BECAUSE each times, we vomited/puked their whole crap !!!!
Of the 4 times I remember, one was at Drummondville. The other time was on
    our way to Sherbrooke. The 2 others I don't remember. . .
After 4 vomitings/pukes WE ENDED UP LEARNING THE LESSON !! B-)
WE NEVER WENT BACK TO McDOCRAP !! with their "pink slime" !
It is criminal to show and bring children there !!

    EDIT to add:
One NICE thing is happening, here in the hospitals and in many schools:
the fast food is banned !! THAT is a positive move !!

    Blue skies.

If you include veggie subs at subway, then 3+ times a week or more lol. I love subway, although with the crackdown on veggie free double cheese I'm not really hitting em up that much anymore (now most subways don't give you anything extra in a veggie over say another $5 footlong such as turkey, but you can't get meat so you basically pay for a ham sub without the meat which takes the appeal out of subway for me).

Not including subs, probably once a week.

Pretty much all restaurants except the cafeteria at work are out of my way. Except for McDonalds when we're grocery shopping at Walmart. I've eaten there a number of times. Sometimes I go to Whataburger.

I was in the US recently and I had a burger from Red Robin and one from Gordon Ramsay Burgers.

Since I waited 35 minutes to be seated at Gordon Ramsay's, and another 25 minutes before the burger arrive after my ordering it, and it cost more than USD15.00, I don't think that qualifies it as fast food.

    Anyway, they were both delicious.

As to fast foods (e.g. McDonalds, Burger King), yes, I eat them whenever I travel since they are usually available at airports.
