Add notes visible to you about other posters

I request the ability to add "notes" that are displayed next to poster name + special status that is reserved only for information that you and only you can see when logged in. I have a relatively bad memory when it comes to individuals due to extensive astral travel and it would help me tremendously if i had something like 300 symbol box I could type stuff like.

"Plenum: Reminds me of * and plays * with *" etc etc.

Since such info would be auto displayed next to the poster when you're logged in and if you choose to have it on auto-display it would help tremendously with various chores related to forum activity.
