Why is there no 2d, 3d or 4d life on Venus ?

4D provides access to unconscious, but this unconscious is not actual infinite knowledge. It is confined to only the known experience of the total personality, and this is still quite limiting on an infinity basis

In other words, it's your personal mind and 'mind', in general, at that particular level of vibration. Where at 4D level of vibration, mind makes obvious what, in 3D terms, was only provided as 'flashes of insight' with regards to the noumenal nature of things. Some of how nature, itself, 'works' starts to become more and more obvious. That is, particularly with respect to the time/space aspects of physical principles. So it's sort of like being able to appreciate 'the other side of the coin' or experiencing things in a more balanced manner which now includes the 'inside out' aspect (the point becomes the field).
