Im getting this wierd numbing sensation in my legs and feet from nowadays. I regulary go to a chiropractor and I dont believe that its something physical. Is anyone else having similiar experiences ? The sensation is feeling heavy and numb from the legs and down but I dont have any physical difficulties.

do you sit in ways that cause numbing? have you made any changes? i often get numb feet or legs because i sit in a weird position or on my legs. if it's something sudden i'd see a doctor or some person who does circulation. prolly worth it to get it checked out if it worries you.

watch out for your secondary chakras that coincide with your knees. if im not mistaken, they pertain to yellow/3rd.

Do you have to take medication? A friend of mine has similar symptoms and they probably stem from the side effects of her meds.
