I also see the indigo dot, it started around 2008. I see it when I do something magicky/spiritual. When I am awake, it wil be projected e.g. onto a page of a book. But it doesnt grow or pulsate.

I used to see the grains of light.

It happened me to go to bed in absolute darkness and see those explosions of light, as if somebody had turned on the light. I open my eyes and it's dark :-).

Recently I started getting very blissful sensations of waves of energy going up my spine. And, wait for this, WINGS, I can stretch and join over my head forming an aura in a form of a leaf with a spike on top. The wings are white to gold.

The indigo light you see is a result of your third eye being open. This is what ive concluded myself. Can you even change it at will sometimes to different colors? Do you ever see a tiny blue dot, the 'Blue Pearl of Wisdom' during your open eye daily experiences. Thats pretty uncommon but the shimmering swimming dots are fairly common. I see them often outside in the sunlight. The blue pearl is a good synch when you.ve had a higher thought. Kudos
