I am currently unemployed and have no housing, looking for employment and housing, will accept any location and wage request is 2423€/month, which is the current averaged out wage for a government employee, will not ask for yearly increases and living increases, will take no perks or will accept perks if they add up to a wage that is under that limit.

Helsinki, Finland, I would prefer something safe, secure and northrenly, I've been living in Finland, US, UK, France for an extended amount of time but I am not opposed to moving as an assistant or similar to nearly any country, I am currently in moderate hurry. Would accept space.
