Absolute acknowledgement & acceptance aren't advisable if attempted to be attained via assumptions alone.

I believe in the practice of mindfulness as a way towards acceptance. If we are not mindful or aware of our actions then it probably won't be possible to accept them. Through being aware of our own thoughts and neurotic patterns we have the ability to watch them without judgement and to cultivate positive thought patterns that are of benefit to other selves. Perhaps an action from my own experience would be dealing with others through a compassionate view, rather than seeing them as separate and different , it is possible through mindfulness to cultivate the view that we are all human beings able to experience suffering and happiness, in this sense we are all the same. From this view , it is not an assumption but a direct practical experience that transforms our neurotic patterns with the understanding we are responsible for our own sense of happiness which is experienced by helping other selves.

Mindfulness of the existential distortions which one consciously allies or denies manifestation ensures that the particular version format forged in the present moment will be in possession of a past sequence of events within one's experiential continuum which domineers the navigation into future timelines formed, informed, influenced & molded by an existential lane in greater preferential alignment & accordance with one's chosen moral values & principles. Directing one's directives along a path programmed by pinpoint precision of perspective instills safety measures against possible regret or disappointment when the particular components chosen to comprise & compose one's continuum are done so via clarity-driven mindfulness.
