Gaia Mediataion

I am new here, and am wondering--what is the nature of the Gaia meditations? Is it done at the physical location of L/L Research, or is it done on a conference call, or radio? I've attempted to participate on my own, but it would be nice to be able to listen in to what others were doing.

Gaia Meditation

The physical location doesn't matter because space/time is an illusion - we are all one and there is no separation. This is important for the metaphysical aspect of the meditation. As far as I know there is no conference call or radio broadcast. Usually what I do is do the opening prayer from that site, do my own set of affirmations, do a psychic shielding exercise, then meditate for 5~10 minutes in the day and evening. The agenda they follow is explained in the link, though I doubt they'd mind you making it your own.

Does anyone know if there is audio available for the daily meditation? I would like to participate remotely either at the same time or other times that are more convienient for me, but find it difficult to read and meditate at the same time. An audio link or ability to download an audio of the meditation would be greatly helpful to this end.
