The above link claims that a parallel universe is showing in the clouds.

Do you think the above is perhaps just cloud issues? I haven't seen clouds look that them before, rather strange. Do you think its some type of weather alternation such as Haarp or holograms of something like project bluebeam? Or perhaps its the lowering of the veil into an almost cross over from space/time into time/space that we are starting to see, many cultures speak of cities in the clouds. What do you think?
