My name is David Duran and I maintain and administrate my family's developing forty acer offgrid private community. . We each pay 75 dollars a month excepting my father since he has invested more money in this place beyond any hope of return in agricultural, infrastructural, communal spaces including the fact that him and my mom are drawn to Texas for a few years due to business. . The money from offgriders goes towards a utility, property project and maintainance fund. Community members agree to help with communal ranch projects to varring degrees but we all help in big garden tasks such harvesting from our large garden and greenhouse. . We have well water, solar electricity, a back up propane generator, & a dumpster for waste disposal. . The low price for living here requires that each individual take a personal interest in their environment. You must be able to pay 75 dollars a month and at a very minimum dependent upon your schedule be able to help in the garden and greenhouse house for a couple of hours a week. . Its a an all you can eat garden and so even excessive produce can even be sold for personal profit.. As long as your fair honest and agrarian then I think you'll fit in fine..
