Thoughts.

In life there is no absolute truth because everything is subject to change.
As everything is subject to change nothing is permanent.

The phenomenal Universe is nothing more than the temporary interpretation of the individual persona which in turn is the product of the 5 senses filtered through the mechanism of approval and disapproval based on the 3 emotional states of positive, neutral and negative.

Because of the impermanence of experience the idea of virtue is bias of the individual persona created through evolving catalyst.

There for it can be said that Universe and the self are one in the same. The impermanence of self/phenomenon can then be said to bring about the conceptual understanding of experience as so far as interpreted by the individual persona as empty or illusionary.

One cannot avoid experience but can change there reaction to it. The reaction/thought of the self can then be said to affect the Universe by the coherent use of thought or faith.

The development of faith brings about a metamorphoses of persona to the point of cutting through apparent duality into what can only be described as love.

I am it, and it is everything.

I sometimes wish our thoughts were more powerful creators. I don't see immediate results when I change to happy thoughts. I've thought about what it must be like to create a planet and the beings that inhabit that planet.

I think it was Q'uo that said that we are a sun. I assume a sun to a lower dimension. Maybe we shine out to give life to others.

I'll be at home in a higher density where thoughts manifest immediately.

I don't see much difference between happy or other thoughts either in practice, but I do believe the notion we 'are a sun'. As a sub-logoi, I don't see the difference between me, and other-self, a planet, the sun (a star) or a galaxy. We're just vibrating and experiencing different densities/levels, but we're all the same really.
