    I just got done with a nine hour non-stop read of Inheritance and am currently crying surprisingly hard. I haven't felt emotion like this for so long. I feel so sad that the series is over, and it almost feels like I have just ended a journey like Eragon. I am feeling so many emotions right now that I can't describe but it is over all positive(kind of) just wanted to try and fail to share what I am feeling right now.

    Adonai Vasu Borragus.
    See my eyes just filled up so much with tears that I can barely see. (sniffly lol)

    dear brother it is a blessing that you are able to feel so much. Cherish your tears. They are part of what makes us human, after all.
    I know, the characters in books can become like really good friends and family.

    Dear Confier16 - how sweet you are to share your emotion with us. I know the feeling! I can cry at TV commercials or greeting cards, and certainly when reading books.

    Love and light, Confier16!

    @norral
    This is a fairly good summary but full of spoilers and it would be best to just read the books yourself

    I didn't read those books, not that I see anything wrong with them, but several years ago I did hear Paolini talk to a writers conference about how he started them. He wanted to write and he wanted to be successful. For the latter, his family got together and brainstormed about what would succeed that he would feel good about writing. Eragon was the result. He deserves all the good things that came from it.

    Thanks for the post, Conifer.
