For a great deal of time, and I am still in the process, I have been balancing and balancing and unbalancing, and balancing. When it came to issues of worth, I had a great deal of experience, as it was the theme of my life, however, being quite a solitary human and having been away from society in my upbringing for the most part, I had not a great deal with the yellow ray. I struggled finding out what key fit right for me in balancing here. For example, because my indigo ray quite suddenley opened as a youngster, I could use this to balance my orange ray. Issues of worth become one aspect of the self declaring another aspect more worthy, and thus it made itself less worthy in doing so. It was like a split, where one half denied the half of himself he was hurting. I could use the indigo ray to perceive the unity, and the love within the distortion, and come to a place of mercy and forgiveness where the blockage could be released.
In fact, as we move one up one down from green ray, we see yellow and blue mirror one another, and then one up one down, orange and indigo, and then one up one down, red and violet. The lower chakras seem to express the creator in terms of a self, and the higher as a whole, unified creator. Yellow the group, blue the all of the all, orange the self, indigo the self as the all, red existence of matter and beings, violet existence of everything, and the container for all existence.
With the yellow ray, I couldn't find a key or encounter a key that worked for me, until recently. I love words, so it stuns me how I didn't come across this sooner, but plexus is defined as,
1 : a network of anastomosing or interlacing blood vessels or nerves
2 : an interwoven combination of parts or elements in a structure or system.
And then it clicked, the key to balance here is harmony, it is the point where our will and the will's of all other parts of creation meet. Disharmony is the clashing of wills, harmony is when they come together.
So for those with sore knees, elbows, stomach and pacreatic issues, and those working on the emotional and mental levels of those tones, it may be helpful to question and inquire and meditate on how the will is aligned with the world, with the family, with the workplace. Do we feel our will is encroached upon by others, are we free, are we allowing all to be free? This is hard, as most marriages tend to develop habits of mutual enslavement, and without great compassion for ourselves, it can be easy to become our own agent of resentment as we see how we and others impose our wills on one another.
Hope this helps somewhat for those who may be perplexed by the interlocking of the plexus!
