Hi all
Has anyone got examples of 'electrifying images' for visualisation?
Quo - we suggest that the visualization object be an object that is, indeed, electrifying and exciting, evocative of all that is best and highest in the life experience thus far.
Does this mean high art or architecture or simply perhaps a flower, or does this mean an image held of the self that is in some way electrifying? Has anyone any experience or advice on this? If I'm embarking on months of visualisation I'd like to use the most effective image.
Rueckert says such visualisations can 'rebuild and heal the self' That would be my aim.
Thanks
