That is interesting Jeremy, I hadn't thought of it like that....
does Ra actually mention somewhere that in 4D there are no more bosses? How about industry, enterprises etc.
Would there be only people working as equals? or would all of those corporate structures vanish.

Well the precise manner in which we organize our activities is not the root of the Confederation's message, that's for sure. It's important to keep in mind that question of a political nature can often keep us from appreciating deeper unities and patterns of expression that reach outside the confines of what we can see and manifest a deeper evolutionary agenda.

With that disclaimer, I don't think authority as we understand it will be necessary or possible in fourth density because we will be able to see each other's thoughts, feelings, concerns and motivations with no opportunity for deception. In such an environment we will move from a political climate in which two or more governing parties strive for supremacy with competing narratives -- narratives that always occlude vastly more truth than they express, by their very nature. Once it becomes impossible to cling to limited narratives designed to goad folks into actions that do not take everybody's clear interests into account -- corporate decision making and their fiscal reliance on the concept of the "externality", the cost of corporate actions that don't factor into the shareholder's report or the financial ledger -- there will be no purpose behind mere obedience of another over one's own eyes.

I think what you'll see is a true consensus emerge from the bottom up, since we will not look into strangers' hearts through the lens of our political beliefs and our leaders' representations but, instead, in an unmediated manner. We will see how much more we have in common with each other without the need for contrived institutions and self-aggrandizing leaders to offer their heavily redacted versions to us. We will see without stint how much our interests are aligned and how political systems have distorted and manipulated those interests all along -- perhaps for good but now outdated reasons. And we will see how much work must now be done, how much need there is, and be able to throw ourselves into it. It has long been understood that shared labor is one of the most reliable ways to overcome deep animosities -- multi-racial labor unions have demonstrated over and over again that people who work together learn to overcome their differences and use the common goal to heal their relations.

This is why I have an interest in anarchist organizing theory: I believe that it prefigures the fourth density world approaching before the "rules of the game" change. It is, in a way, asking humans to anticipate and address fourth density right now by modeling it gradually in our institutions and daily lives. That, I believe, is the only real political goal nowadays: the slow, patient ratcheting down of hostilities as we learn to be equally vulnerable and transparent with one another so that true social memory conditions can obtain. It will put the concept of hierarchy in a new light -- instead of the positions in the hierarchy being fixed and competed over as in the negative social memory complex, our shared view of the human condition will allow for direction of the complex to be gracefully transitioned to whomever can serve best at the top and reliquished easily. That's hard to imagine right now, which is why it is a slow and patient evolution that we partake of as servants, not as revolutionaries necessarily.

THose of Ra apparently said that we are already in 4th density (just reread some stuff from the 6th session)
So this is a time of overlap between the old and the new vibrations which is probably why there is so much upheaval in the world and people start to question more (to me it sometimes feels like trying to hatch open the eggshell and get a small peep out into a new reality )
I don't think that our institutions will be remodeled (the system is too corrupted imo) but rather that they will slowly fall away, one by one and replaced by something entirely new.

First, let me voice my annoyance and non-amusement how this beautiful and utterly scientific thread which talks so eruditely about Ra and 4th density has been moved to treehuggers, a place renowned for its frivolous chit chat :@
Second, I picture Bezos as one of the higher-ups of Orion, Ra's archenenmies. Maybe that is actually behind his space endevour? to get back to his place of origin.
