Fasting reset my hormones production levels as I used to have severely depressed testosterone levels. I was bottom 10 percentile and went up to 90 top percentile.
Great video. There is a lot of information worth listening to on healthy eating and fasting as a healing mechanism. The Dr. isn't pushing an agenda other than getting people healthy and living a healthy life. He has 36 years of accumulated data from his clinic, so this isn't a fad thing.
Thanks for posting it. Highly recommended.

There is so much toxicity in the outside world, that just not eating and drinking external sources can reset the body to the DIvine frequency?
I wonder how many people realize what this implies.

I asked a few friends that do regular fasting, one is based on Buddhism teaching, one based on Taoism, one is 'mystery school'. I'm following Marina Jacobi's 'quantum manifestation'. so seems all the spiritual path includes fasting.

Pomegranate V8 fruit juice is what I use.
Get energy from sun and moon/stars. Feeds the hunger. The color of the juice can correspond to the chakra you need the most energy for. For me, it is indigo/purple stuff. They also tend to absorb more chi/prana compared to light colored fruits. So colors are a bit weird in how we perceive it. A red fruit is absorbing spectrum of light and bouncing red off of it. So red is actually the least absorption. It is different for colored gems that are transparent and pass light through. I sometimes work 5-10 hours worth of massage work in a day. Using the ayurvedic practice of 1-2 meals per day, and not digesting anything during the activity times, is much cleaner fuel efficiency. My co workers don't have energy unless they eat, and get meat. I start eating it, and I don't have any energy for 2-6 hours due to digestion. Due to recalibrating the content of the chi lacking food that is. So I get energy when the sun is out and I feel a loss when the sun sets, like a solar collector. Regardless of whether I am inside or outside. Outside is better of course for absorption. This is how the old ascetics were able to fast for so long without any problems. People were throwing them fresh fruit yes, but also because they were nearly naked out in the sun all the time.

I only eat now a days because it freaks people out, including my close family. They think I am dying if I start going on even intermittent fasts. I am stronger, more healthy, and far more powerful than they are. I do more physical hands on work than 5 years ago, so the comparison is perhaps poor to say the least. But I know how many calories and food substance I need compared to my co workers. I outweigh them in muscle mass and weight density as well. I get by around 10-25% of the food they eat. I can get by with 1-5% if I take in more sun. The less I eat, the more energy I have. The super food powders they have now a days are incredibly convenient. |
