    I found this teacher on YouTube named Aaron Doughty.

    Here is a video where he talks about habits to get you into 5th-dimensional consciousness (4th density).

    This is an excellent meditation for embodying 5th-dimensional energy/vibration.

    I plan on listening to it for 21 days at least.

    They say in a higher vibration your desires manifest quicker.

    How funny. I JUST discovered him recently too! Been daily doing this meditation:

    TBH I find it difficult though. For one, I typically do it lying down and this causes me to star nodding off at points, but also, I just find it hard to "let myself feel more and more love" when he gets to that part. MY heart chakra does not open even when I try to open it. My lower chakras are too f***** up, I guess. Hopefully, I'll be able to heal and clear my lower chakras enough to get to that point sooner rather than later. Doing what I can to heal. I'll see if 21 days of this meditation (if it can really be called that. I dunno) helps me very much.


    Others on this site feel free to give this 21 day meditation a try and you tell me how it works out for ya. I'm trying it myself and if it works wonders on me, best bet I'll be making a post singing it's praises.

    I listened to it once and it really took me deep. I even got knocked out a few times from how deep it took me.

    Well right now I'm just doing that one meditation for 21 days. I'll see how well that works out for me. The one I posted. I'll check the other ones out in due time though. Thanks for sharing.

    Thanks for sharing that EP, it was really insightful and new to me. Although I did this meditation sitting, when they told us to imagine sitting in a chair I felt more comfortable imagining myself laying down. I think if you're able to stay focused while meditating or listening to a guided meditation laying down then it's ok, I actually want to try that laying down next time. If you fall asleep then that's also ok, I imagine it being quite a nice and relaxing sleep too. When they also talked about feeling love I didn't know exactly what should I feel, but I just tried to feel what different areas of my body felt, like my stomach, and just left myself aware of that feeling in the stomach like they suggested to whatever comes up.

    That's nice. LAst time I tried it, it seemed to work a lot better, although I wasn't completely consumed with love and I didn't remember whatever past even is causing all these negative feelings at it's root. Still I let the negative feelings come up and just let them be while I opened my heart as much as possible. I'd say this meditation seems to be working better and better for me. We'll see how well its working for me by day 21. Yesterday was day 3.

    Hi EP,

    I picked up a little trick to "feel more and more love" during my meditation practice. My trick is to focus my awareness on my tear ducts (the corners of my eyes closest to the nose) and think of people that makes me want to give a hug to (basically trying to make myself tear up a bit). Once I feel a sensation at my tear ducts (no tears necessarily), I would at the same time focus on my heart chakra. Most of the time I would feel a burst of sensation from my heart chakra and then it will become easier to use awareness to resonate with that sensation to feel more love towards myself or others. This method is basically using focused awareness to stimulate physical parts of the body to induce an emotion. I hope this helps.

    Here's a good one where he talks about releasing resistance.
    He does it by raising his vibration instead of trying to get rid of the resistance.
    That's exactly what I was looking for.

    I joined his SHIFT Academy since I got paid today. He has a private Facebook group for SHIFT members to discuss their journey's.
    I'm still waiting to get approved to join the Facebook group.

    The first video I watched was over an hour long that talked about 5D consciousness and how to live it by letting go and surrendering.
    That gets us out of the 3D mindset.
