    Hi Everyone,

I am looking for an experienced native English speaking proof-reader. I am in the process of writing a book on the subject of Non-duality / Oneness as well as creating a website for it.

Being dyslexic and making silly mistakes from time to time, I would like to have someone to proof-read my copy as to ensure that it's free of any grammar and spelling mistakes.

This is not a paid offer but if you are interested in the topic of non-duality / oneness and would like to be involved in a fun project... get in touch.

    Monika

If you are using Microsoft Word, I highly recommend the Grammarly software.
I fixed 3000+ mistakes in my book with that.
It costs a little, but it isn't much.

    Hi Indigo,

Long time no speak... thanks for your recommendation.

Currently, I have a free account with Grammarly and I am very happy with it.

I would prefer to have someone read it, however, if I won't get any response I might consider it.

By the way, how is your book doing?

I had to stop promoting it because the marketing team was many thousands of dollars and didn't work out.
I may have another publisher, but have to hear back from a lady.
I don't know if publishers will take works that are self-published.
A literary agent once told me they don't. But I don't know if they can speak for all publishers.
I see great potential in the book.

I was writing a second and third but stopped for some reason. Maybe I should get back to them.

I'd help, but I'm not an experienced editor. I usually have others edit them on Freelancer or something.
I had like over 10 revisions to my first book and like 5 editors.

    Hi there again,

Sorry to hear about the marketing team, etc.

There are more and more books self-published these days so don't get disheartened.

If you feel a motivation to keep working on the other books... just give it a go.

Regarding the proof-reader, if it's meant to happen it will happen.

    Take care,
    Monika
