trying to talk to myself without the use of words/language, not doing so good, just what am i? i can only know my self from experience, which doesnt leave a lot of space for free will if you know what i mean

I also highly recommend "f*ck that" meditation; Deeply inhale 'strength', Slowly exhale 'bull sh*t' while saying one long gentle "fhuuuuck thaaaat". This meditation can be applied to pretty much any aspect that brings any level of frustration.
