Chatroom Meditation, 3 Oct, SATURDAY (thanking Higher Self)

this is one that has been on my mind for a week or so.  Thanking the Higher Self as a concept, not any individual Higher Self (mine or yours )

Topic: Thanking the Higher Self as a concept

Theme: Not everyone needs to make contact with their Higher Self in an explicit way in every lifetime.  There was a Ra quote to that effect, but it's not something I can find right now.

But the Higher Self as a concept is something of value and interest.

Not only do we all have one (a Higher Self that is), even a negative entity has one!

36.12 ...

Therefore, the Oversoul which makes its understanding available to all who are ready for such aid is towards the positive. However, the free will of the individual is paramount, and any guidance given by the higher self may be seen in either the positive or negative polarity depending upon the choice of a mind/body/spirit complex.

36.13 Questioner: Then using Himmler as an example, was his higher self at the time he was incarnate in the 1940s a sixth-density positively oriented higher self?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct.

The Higher Self is an extremely positive entity, and only has our best wishes in mind.  In fact, it's sole purpose seems to be of service-to-us; as it exists for no other reason.

So in this meditation, the goal is to experience gratitude and acceptance towards the concept of the Higher Self.  In turn, this may lead to a greater connection and experience of our individual Higher Self, but that will be a consequence outside of our control.  If it happens, then good for that!

Wanted to mention to my meditation friends that on the way home from the farmer's market (went right after the meditation), I saw a hawk taking flight and circle above.

We also saw a "wake" of vultures circling the highway above us - I know most people wouldn't give vultures a positive association, but they belong to the same scientific Order of birds as hawks and eagles. Hawks and eagles are scavengers, too, the main differences being that vultures are more gregarious/group social, and often have the featherless heads. In flight they are almost indistinguishable from hawks/eagles, except the fact that you will see 20-50 of them all together at once.

There was a range of physical/energetic phenomena reported.  One individual felt 'pre-orgasmic', another felt 'very warm', another felt a sense of incredible fluidity.

This particular meditation seemed to generate the most experienced effects, as befits gratitude towards the Higher Self - which is the self.  Can't get more personal than that.

I can report that a few hours after the Meditation, I had a 2 hour sleep, best recovery I've had in a week in terms of dreaming and deep sleep.  I also had another nap before I came into work tonight, and again, incredibly deep sleep.  It's actually been quite an up-and-down week for me, and I feel I got to Reset back to Equilibrium after this particular Meditation.  Group Work really is amazing.  The Law of Squares is a legit phenomena.  The Power of the Calling with even 5 individuals is enough to generate almost immediate states of altered consciousness - as we compare notes directly after we are done.  People see and experience different things.  I am very visual, for example.  Others experience it more palpably, in their physical beingness.

Yeah, we were all in various states of giddy euphoria immediately afterwards. It was the second week in a row that the same group gathered at the same time. The reward was well received!
