I'd like everyones opinion of this if at all possible, Northren Finland has "suddenly"™ developed a new heart disease that kills young men. The official description of the disease is that it forces the heart to grow a new kind of or more than normal a Sinew which then causes cardiac arrest.
Thoughts on relation to modern events and how to prevent deaths from this.
