Micro-Managing Creation - zanny - 02-26-2010
I want to share a concept I have been thinking about lately...
I often get a different slant on a perspective when I am asked questions and have to find new ways of describing the concepts in my head.... This question answer format works very well for me to solidify certain concepts that if left floating in my mind would not take any certain form otherwise. The questioner...My husband- Who has read much of the Law of One and went through my "awakening" process with me as an observer but always has questions and asks me to clarify.
My husband is often concerned about those who do not wish to become aware and chose instead to stay in the third density mind set...I admit it's not just him...I think many here (including me) share the same concern.
While I was explaining the concept of allowing others to chose their own path and simply being there if they asked for assistance as opposed to what we often want to do- pushing our understanding upon an other-self- I started explaining a concept that was fairly new to me…
The concept of ‘they’ are there doing that so that I don’t have too (thank god!)…Example…Someone is acting like a constant complainer…nothing is ever right in their world…Seeing that if I was a creator (if was a joke) and I wanted to get as much out of an experience as possible I would have to have an infinite number of possibilities/personalities/perspectives to express my own infinite self so a complainer would have to be in there somewhere…then I feel gratitude for their action as they are doing a great job at the complainer position. Two thumbs up- a standing ‘O’. lol That position is now filled by an expert in the field.
So now I am free to express my own perspective- one that complains less and enjoys more. I don’t know if I am explaining this as well as I could but, being in management I have to say that the worst thing a manager can do is micro-manage…Everyone has a job to do and I think that we/them/all/ are doing a great job…
I don’t know but when I think about this during my daily life…Usually confronted with a situation full of difficult “other-selves” I find that I can breath easier knowing that they are doing that so that I don’t have to…It is my mantra of the moment.
Kind of a new way of seeing an old idea.Thank you all for doing such a great job…At whatever it is you do~!

I think I got your perspective, yey for me. You are essentially saying that one is living in his/her own world kind of directing the movie of his life and acting in it at the same time. And all the actors in his/her movie are playing their roles to satisfy the urge, to experience/expression different perspectives, of the director i.e. YOU. So you as a director is happy that they can do their own roles so don't have to play all the roles by yourself. As you are experiencing as they they are experiencing.
Kind of deep perspective on Oneness. I think sometime, and it feels so weird at that time, that I am all of it. I am the other person, I am the car, the road, the house the tree the sky the universe, the forum this thread and all of it is contained at one single point and will collapse in it. I am making it all happen for my own experiencing. And it will collapse at one single point just like that. Weird.
But remember that you draw the situation to yourself based on what you need and want in the moment. As you are the director of your life movie script. So you don't have to deal with complainer complaining all the time. You can change the script. So I guess I am saying that you have some control on what others are experiencing in your life script or what people or situations you are bringing in your next scene. Camera- action...

Yes the movie director/actor is another way to say it but I have tried working with that perspective and I can only go so far with it before frustration sets in, (with myself) Mainly because I don't think (at this time) I do have conscious control over the experiences or the ‘other-selves’ nor do I believe I am meant to. I think the control I am working towards in in my reaction to the event/situations/others and seeing the dance/movie/play behind it all...I liken it more to I am an actor playing my part and so is everything and everyone....The tree is the Creator acting as if it's a tree. The complainer is the Creator acting as nothing is right and it never will be. And every aspect of the Creator is working as it should…And who am I- with my limited earth perspective- to say that anything should be otherwise.
This is simply a game I am playing with myself at this time...I get bored easy, so this is just a way for me to dress up the idea of oneness and acceptance of the All in a new outfit and take it out for dinner and a movie...
I'm sure I have contradicted myself here but then sometimes the Creator enjoys a contradiction or two. lol

I don't think we are that far apart. I don't think either that we want to Control others or their experiences. But we can control /align our responses like you said and we can even draw appropriate actors in our movie based upon the a newly desired script. So in essence you are not controlling others but just controlling what aspect of ONE you would want to interact with at the moment. So the players that are not desired at the moment would be replaced or you will only experience their desirable aspects. Of course there are catalyst and things that you will be presented with again and again due to your own pre-birth planning. But besides that I believe there is a great degree of freedom you have available to you.
I work in a high stress fast paced work environment that gets hostile from time to time due to the presence of some really manipulative and aggressive and close minded people. Some of them being in the position of power. But time and again I keep avoiding the hostile and aggressive interactions. I will walk out for a meeting and come back to find the mess. And there are other examples that will need a lot of background to even explain. But I maybe just really lucky or my intentions and efforts to just do my own things and keep focus on my own objectives have kept me clear of any drama for the most part. Overtime some of these players have either focusing their energies on each others and there is a circular firing squad kind of thing going on. Or they just don't get any joy out of dealing with me. As i refuse to play their game. I play on my own terms...
