Happy to be Here. - AnthroHeart - 07-14-2014

Thanks to everyone on the forum who has shown me love and light.
I sorely needed it. I'm feeling much better now.
My mom came into the kitchen and I was glad to see her.
And my dog Loki is lying on the floor in front of our air conditioner.
Still waiting for my friend Bob to respond to my emails.
I always like hearing from him.
Even though our views differ somewhat.
We have more in common than differences.
Today has gotten progressively better.
I listened to some good music earlier.
And I always enjoy checking this forum and making posts.
People here don't judge me.
They offer advice, which I believe comes from my higher self and guide.

How can I be sad when I realize that God is in me, and I am in God.
And I am potentially a god, with amnesia.
Love you all. HeartHeartHeart

I can be a bodiless entity that feeds off of light in another life. I'll take the one I have now.
I have the whole of eternity to explore the rest of the Universe.

That's the spirit!

(Quite literally... ;-)

Two days in a row that I'm feeling good. That's like new record.

First time I had seen this video.
This song puts me in the same mood as the last one.
It makes me pleased.

You are releasing resistance. It's a good sign.

It is the only thing that holds you away from what you want. When you stop holding the cork underwater by activating thoughts that contradict your desires, it naturally floats to the top. You don't even have to force it to go to that more positive place. Positivity is natural. It is negativity that isn't natural. You've already created the perfect reality by experiencing contrast. You radiate your preferences vibrationally at all times. They become part of your aura. The universe knows what you want, both consciously and unconsciously.

You just have to let it in.

My therapist recommended I keep a log of my moods.
7/16/14
Mood: 7
Depression: 2
Anxiety: 3

7/20/14
Mood: 4
Depression: 4
Anxiety: 7

Sometimes my brain feels like it's starting to go through another DMT trip. I feel my risperidone med helping to keep me grounded. Otherwise I'd be off in another dimension, not able to control my traveling. I felt it earlier today trying to start.
It is an interesting feeling.

Why do you feel you lack control over your perceptions?

RE: Happy to be Here. - Charles - 07-20-2014

Absolutely delighted to find you happy. Thanks for telling us, you've made me happy too.

Because the feelings come without warning. And I can't control the sensation.

RE: Happy to be Here. - AnthroHeart - 07-20-2014

I hope I'm still releasing resistance. But I can't help but feel tired and weary now. It's making me feel sad to be here today.
