This is my own belief/understanding. Please use your own discernment. Thank you:
Venusians (3rd-5th density) - Pitch-black beings with very coarse, ridged skin. The torsos are massive and legs are moderately thin and short in proportion. Arms hang down near the shins with very large hands with more than 10 fingers per hand (varied). The mouths are very small orifices with no jaw structure. Consumption of food was done in a very gradual manner using ridged cartilage within the mouth structure. Voice consisted of very low, streamlined throat-based tones. Children were born around 2ft tall, middle-aged beings were around 5ft tall, the elderly were over 9ft tall in height. Ra left this vibration of vessel mid-5th-density making significant modifications to the form. Ra no longer uses this vessel.
Latwii (3rd-5th density) - 25 ft. tall beings (approximate, low-gravity planet) with very pale white skin. Jaw structure extended forward in a beak-like (1-2ft.?) manner while eyes were on the sides of the head. Torso was very wide and dense and curved in a hour-glass like manner. Arms extended to the thighs but were nearly wing-like (not wings, they weren't birds) with fingers being stream-lined into the structure. Legs are unknown to me. Voice was of a high-pitched whale-like vernacular? (Possibly distorted)

Interesting, but it should be noted that if you are getting "visions" of these beings of a higher density you are seeing them through the reflection of a 3rd density mind. We can only experience and comprehend 3rd density due to the limitations of our 3D mind/body so seeing anything beyond is more symbolic and allegorical.

Good point Fang. I think though if we go inward through meditation, we can access higher subdensities of 3D, and have a truer picture. Perhaps we can see images like that through time/space when we're dreaming. But then remembering them accurately is troublesome. The brain is indeed limited.

The labor necessary to thrive on this planetary sphere was extensive and the arm length came as an adaptation to cope with strenuous loads of materials, goods and other necessities. Drought coupled with an unstable climate justified the need for efficient journeys with large loads of supplies. Evolutions answer was simply larger hands and longer arms. A hunch was a natural position of these peoples and continued to be into the late 4th-density when a straighter posture was found to be more aesthetically pleasing.
Supplies were held in such a way that they were embraced into the torso and the journey was done in a very hunched position. By our standards, it would look very uncomfortable. These peoples knew only discomfort and were shaped by it.

I think you are talking about that other Venusian Race that only used that form in third-density as a subset way to work with the catalyst of compassion by creating a form that evoked empathy. I think Ra would have perhaps interacted with them in this way. I do not have a name for them but they are not Ra although they are tied to Ra.
Also, I have this strange feeling Latwii is Arcturian.

i got april fooled 1st thing this morning. i went to sleep last night w/ a tealight burning, bc it was about to go out on it's own, then in the morning my partner says, "the candle is still burning!" then i said, "OMG, WTF..." i thought something paranormal was happening with the candle...it was exciting...then i hear APRIL FOOLS'
