Something I've realized about this planet... - Adonai One - 01-13-2014
When the planet is in turmoil so are its heavens, its so called inner planes. All the way up, this planet is under what I find to be authoritarian structures of intolerance. Incarnation is a highly regulated activity with negative souls completely barred from incarnation by the current governing powers. Remember how Ra said souls incarnate by seniority of vibration? That is a nice way of saying the strongest soul gets what they desire. If you're young and with little power, you take whatever is given to you. Negative souls break any restrictions put on them and incarnate as they please even though they are technically banned from incarnation, when simply allowing balanced incarnations between polarities would enable a more peaceful result.
This planet's governance is a joke locally, nationally and globally; metaphysically or otherwise.
The harvest will take awhile: There is a lack of unity of a voluntary and unconditional nature in most of this sphere. Both sides wage wars of intolerance against their opposing polarities. Angels VS. Demons.

My understanding of Earth is that it is a collective project involving the will of all souls currently incarnate, inner plane guides and the planet itself, Gaia. I doubt they would deny entry to the average "negative" soul, however they may have a filter for beings whose goal would be the destruction of this planet from within. If it is indeed a collective project, I believe it would make sense to consider the desires of all entities involved in a balanced manner and perhaps prioritize the souls which match Earth's vibration best. If souls with more seniority of vibration, as you call them, are the ones who incarnate the most often or the most easily, I believe this could very well express a desire for harmony within the planetary sphere, its inhabitants and its desired path as an evolving community.
We know so little about the details of this process that I find it hard and harsh to cast a judgement on the methods which may or may not be used to supervise earthly incarnation. I believe seeing it in absolutes might be missing on a big chunk of the actual process, and I feel the entities which are in charge of this process truly do their best.
But since we are working with assumptions here, I might be wrong. I just wished to express what I intuitively feel

The structures of governance on the planet are a manifestation of the choice unmade or unconscious and so the power as such is overseen by others. You could say this planet has a deep sinkhole of indifference.

Oh, also, I believe "seniority of vibration" is actually referring to "likelihood of being harvestable in this cycle". When this channeling occurred it was not long until harvest began and so they were expressing the way that those who may be able to polarize enough to harvest have a chance to because there is an opening as harvest comes. Entities with more need for development may also choose to come here, but it would be less efficient than going to another third density planet, imo.

I believe a central focus only on spiritual development is a limited one and not the only view that should be considered when souls incarnate.

the world..the universe..we hav power to affect nothing and we hav power to affect everything. in your own self is where it starts. weather u follow the will of god, buddah, allah or whoever, you must act as you wish to act and from that point you will see the awnsers before your eyes, to control ur actions is very important and many do not realize this. actions make how the world is today (u can see from the out come) "let the greedy recieve all they wish for, and those of you who can resonate to my vibriatorial thought concept, you have already recieved all in which you can desire. the greedy will not be satisfied like you are at this very moment and second in time, but to control your own actions controlls your fate, i am confident on how i act. remember your actions and realize the fact u can choose them and from that point commense your actions whatever they may be and if thy thinks along the service to others loveing way i do then your actions will be pure and u hav the ability to make ur actions righteous with good intent so this alone shud be enough to satisfy all. Let those live how they want for that determines their fate." nothing is relevent but your own actions and within your actions you are capeable of anything but pure good intent and the highest level of patents is required for ultimate bliss can come within the minute or within trillions of years

Any central focus is a limited one, that is part of what a focus is. Also, that is not any determined or chosen focus, it is just the natural conditions of the Logos' plan arising. It is not the only view that is considered when souls incarnate, however there are also limited bodies for use on any given planet. Those who are able to make the choice are given the choice, so some come here, and some go elsewhere. Those who are unable to consciously make the choice are guided to the incarnative form which offers the most potential for the choice to be made and be so consciously.
Believe it or not, but the conditions on this planet are not conducive to every stage of growth at all times, at least it does not appear that way to me. The priority for souls incarnating depends on the condition of the planet, which changes over time. It does not seem to me to be fair either to force the planet to accomodate growth patterns which are far outside of its current natural rhythms, or to place developing consciousness' on a planet that is not currently in a condition most conducive to their growth.
I find the universe is quite good at its balancing and so I see it that those souls which are incarnated are those which are meant to be at this time, and those which are not or have incarnated elsewhere are equally exactly where they should be.

This planet is not in turmoil, it's the nature of 3D. It's offering valid experience.
As Alan Watts says, inside you, cells are at war. They're being born, fighting and dying. That chaos enabled harmony in your overall body. When viewed from the perspective of a human, yes, the planet is at war (in various contexts), and yet, by fractal definition, upper realms will be harmonised because of it.
