Shiatsu seems really cool. I'm probably going to enroll in a school here in MN as we apparently have one of the best in the country here.

My grandpa has been giving 'pressure point' massages for a long time, so it apparently runs in the family. Smile

I have some wrist pain, so my only hope is that my body is up for it.

pain. bruising. ill-trained or inexperienced practitioner. Those are the cons that come to mind. A well executed session from a well trained and well experienced practitioner should result in only positive responses.
